When you contact Mila-Ma through this form, we collect the information you enter so we can respond to your inquiry and discuss childcare availability and a visit. This form is provided through Squarespace and is configured to send notifications to Mila-Ma’s email and store submissions through Google Drive. What are your opening hours?
Mila-Ma is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Tell us the schedule you need when you get in touch so we can discuss whether it is a fit.

What does a typical day look like?
Breakfast, morning circle, daily learning activities, a morning snack, playtime, lunch, a nap, an afternoon snack, playtime and dinner. Babies follow the same overall rhythm with more flexibility and additional naps as needed. Explore our daily routine.

Send your child’s age, preferred start date and requested schedule through the form above, or call (408) 656-7685. Rates differ for babies and toddlers. Mila will discuss the applicable rate, current availability, the waitlist and enrollment details directly with you.
Are meals provided?
Yes. Mila prepares breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner from scratch with organic ingredients. Please discuss allergies, feeding routines and dietary needs with us before enrollment so we can talk through your child’s requirements. Visit Baba’s Kitchen.
How can I follow my child’s day?
Mila photographs and films the children taking part in activities throughout the day, sharing these moments through Brightwheel for parents to view. You can enjoy glimpses of their discoveries, creativity and time together as the day unfolds. Read about staying connected.
What should we discuss during the tour?
Bring questions about meals, rest, comfort items, toileting, communication and your child’s transition into care. Tell us about their familiar routines, what they enjoy and where they may need support. We can discuss these details together before you decide.
Which languages are used with the children?
English is our primary language. Michelle and Stephanie speak fluent Spanish and use English and Spanish with the children, including selected activities and songs in Spanish. Mila offers individualized Russian conversation and teaching when parents request it.
